The service

Ondo answers phone calls for subscribing businesses using an AI voice agent, checks calendar availability and books appointments, takes messages, and can transfer a call to a person. Businesses configure their own agent, hours, and handling rules through the Ondo dashboard.

SMS confirmation program

Program name: Ondo Call Confirmations.

Description: when a subscribing business turns on follow-up texts, a caller who books an appointment or leaves a message during a call with an Ondo voice agent receives a single automated text confirming the details, sent from that business's own phone number. No marketing messages are sent through this program.

Message frequency: one message per qualifying call outcome. This is not a recurring or subscription message program — frequency depends entirely on how often you call a business using Ondo and what happens on that call.

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier rates vary by plan and carrier.

Businesses using Ondo

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information their agent is configured with, for having the right to receive calls and texts on the phone numbers connected to their account, and for using the service in compliance with applicable law.

Callers

By calling a phone number answered by an Ondo voice agent, you agree that the call may be handled by an AI system, and, where a business has recording or AI-disclosure notices turned on, you will be told this at the start of the call. Details you provide during a call — such as your name, phone number, and appointment details — are used to carry out your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ondo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
